For me, this is also putting a new light on the way I am seeing local *adults* in the Central Valley react to the student protests happening this week.

A *lot* of desire for obedience (on the part of adults) being expressed as disrespect. Also, verbal abuse as a method of control.

Oh, I am jumping down this rabbit hole tonight. Having lots of big feelings. Good ones.

Specifically, my mind is popping because I am mentally replacing "parent" with "police" and "children" with "people" in this video and the one about respect vs obedience.

- the sconce lights above Sups' head are inconsistently attached to the wall/pillar/nothing.

- as far as can tell, the perspective converges in the vicinity of one of Sups' forelocks which seems odd to me
