A spotlight shines on a ventriloquist dummy version of the character Bill Cipher as he stands inside of a fortune-telling machine at the Mystery Shack and stares down at the viewer creepily. A slightly older Mabel (with shorter hair and no braces) and older Dipper (with pimples, wearing Wendy's hat) are reflected in the glass of the machine.
