It reached the mid 40s today and I feel like spring has arrived. The birds were so loud this morning. Crane, geese, red tailed hawk, eagles, jays, robins all making a welcome racket on the farm. #spring #birds

Why do you think Trump won't say Russia is in the wrong? He wants to snatch up the land of neighbors & allies & he can't condemn Putin if he plans to do the same thing. Canada needs to quit treating this like it's buddies sparing with jokes. As a citizen here, US isn't okay & can't be trusted now.

To my understanding fort knox is full of many things besides gold, opiates being one of major things being hoarded there. Wouldn't that be a plot twist, we bannish cartels and then suddenly the Proud Boys or Klan find themselves flush with opiates to fund their militias?

Some people will wait for guidance. Some won't answer out of spite. Some will give answers that push against them. They don't care what is done. I believe they want the people that answer fast because those people didn't question the legality or feel conflicted about being told what to do.

Honestly, I think the most basic function of this isn't finding out what people accomplish, it is that people who are highly suseptible to following authority will answer promptly and attempt to justify their worker more than people who have accomplished a lot but resist authority.

I've never had a passport in my life and have spent the last week looking into it.

But how will they inforce it? No seems to mean very little to Trump and Elonia

It's not about doing it for them. It's about how quick some of them are to become violent. We have a president that pardons J6 criminals. If they unsuccessfully impeach him, they will have Trump on one side trying to illegally fire them and radicals on the other sending threats or acting on them.

They don't have the votes to remove him. It would just be finger wagging. Trump supporters doubled down when he was impeached because he has a knack for saying "they aren't doing this to me, they are doing it to you" and they lap it up.

We have fired people who work for the defense department that worked on missile deterrents. The plane crashes are the least of the damage. Do you think of we were currently attacked that we would be able to mount any sort of cordinated defense?

It only offends people who think this nation is infallible. The reason "patriots" are associated with the right wing is because they reject criticism of the nation. Real patriots don't need to wave flags & yell slogans. I'm sorry that this nation has become a threat to the world & to it's own people

I had a cousin that kept trying to touch the stove and giggling. My aunt and my dad chased her away telling her it would hurt a dozen or so times. She kept laughing. My dad decided to just not react. And she touched it and never tried again. MAGA is my cousin. Sometime pain is the best teacher.

The Wildflower Association of Michigan is hosting their annual conference on march 1-2. It's a great opportunity to learn about native landscaping, see presentations by MSU educators, and connect with people in the horticulture and conservation industries.

The thing this gets the most wrong is that there is a finish line. When democracy is flourishing is often when it is most vulnerable because of the mistaken beliefs that it stretches into an eternally furture, that it is the default and once had cannot be lost.
