Having carefully considered the entirety of the record, this Court finds by clear and convincing evidence that the Secretary of Homeland Security Kristi Noem and the Secretary of State Marco Rubio, together with the subordinate officials and agents of each of them, deliberately and with purposeful aforethought, did so concert their actions and those of their two departments intentionally to chill the rights to freedom of speech and peacefully to assemble of the non-citizen plaintiff members of the plaintiff associations. Data from humans is incredibly rich as well - and language alters how we think and hence, how our brains have become wired…understanding the human brain and behavior is the ultimate goal..

And look at our Fig 3 - these three brain regions tracked event structure and the only way events were tagged was the passage of more vs less time in the narrative! Just one word!

Great to see your work and it absolutely adds to the already rich set of data from humans. I do bemoan, however, the methods bias that journals, scientists have.. we need to fix this! True progress comes from converging methods

Of note - we previously found evidence (Heusser et al. Nature Neuro) for gamma- theta coupling related to sequence memory when looking at the *encoding* phase of items, not the delay period.. interesting differences. Could order be manipulated during WM?
