I’ve stopped buying eggs. We used to eat eggs almost daily. Now we’ve turned to eating the layer.

Remember when these sort of platforms brokered peace. These spaces once brokered change. We can change this trajectory.

We really are people. We really are not alone.

Diversity is strength. Equity is courage. Inclusion is love. DEI is peace. This is why they seek to eliminate it. They fear our strength. They fear our courage. They fear our love. They fear peace.

This is the time to be together. We can build healthy relationships that bind us together.

We must organize. We must resist fear. We must live. Self-care is rebellion. Love is radical. Togetherness is the only way to resist the drunken rage of fascist power.

We must stay connected to each other. We must challenge the narrative of fear with songs of joy & acts of love. We must care for each other. We must connect locally, face to face.

The current administration seeks to isolate people. American Fascists run on fear. They desire to swirl uncertainty so they may rule.

This is literally going to kill my mom. She worked her entire life as a nurse. The lost her pension to a hospital bankruptcy. She is facing dialysis currently & these cuts are going to reduce the critical aid she receives.

500 days!

I’m sort of a big deal.

I do not work with kids. I plan on it as my kids age. I do offer tea to my patients.

This is about right. Dems have not done shit since Obama. It’s like they thought they did it all by having the first Black man in the Oval Office.

I’ve never been a gold, sports car, or exquisite tastes kinda guy. Good thing as I wouldn’t have got any of it anyway.

As an adult I do have markers that signal that I’m rich. A garage fridge full of drinks is one. I feel so fucking fancy in this luxury.

And here we are once again, Kris Kobach fighting fights no one wants. How this dude gets elected to any public office is beyond my comprehension.

There was a time in my life I was rich in friendship. I was supported in vocationally, academically, & socially.

I have memories, regrets, fears, & isolation. I miss being connected. It feels like it’s too late to change this.

It’s not the whole story. Today it just feels so heavy.

I miss fashioning worship a lot. I’ve not done that in over 8 years. That’s longer than I was in ordained ministry.

I’d love to do it again & even preach. But no one wants to hear an apatheist preach.

Camp is going on now. In lest than 6 weeks The Mighty Lions of Brisbane start the 2025 season.
