i’ve deferred for the past 20 years, i guarantee you can. and when you defer it does not effect your credit(how i was able to get so much in credit). so just to b clear you’re fine with me declaring bankruptcy on 100k for loans as long as they are not student loans correct?

this is a huge generalization, not everyone graduates at the same time, and in the same situation, most probably do not want their credit wrecked

i took out a 20k loan afew years ago and then declared bankruptcy when i lost my job and had the debt erased. why didn’t i have to uphold that loan but student loans i do? i think we should change the rules so student loans can fall under bankruptcy
