Woke up an hour ago, feel too sober.

So far I have made roughly $95 on door dashing, and about $30 of the is going to gas. Not too bad I guess. But some people don't leave tips despite making me go 20+ minutes out of my way to deliver the order. Frustrating.

I really don't give a shit about some lady who took a baseball.

Redirect that same energy to the shit that actually matters.

Easier to get upset over dumb internet things, than fully comprehend how fucked my real life is.

Am I once again getting to upset over a very minor issue taking place in a minuscule part of the internet? yes, yes I am.

Why let a game be unique in its own ways, when you could just add in what every other game in the genre does?

It's maddening.

I've grown tired of seeing people constantly complain about a game not being a specific way, when they failed to engage with it on the level it put out.

Why try new things if you're only going to want it to be something else?

Too many games are just cookie cutter copies of what was initially successful. With so many of those trying to cater to everyone, and ultimately making bland crap.

I have a lot of respect for devs that stick to their vision of what their game is, only changing things because they genuinely don't work.

Why learn to play a game as is when you can pester the devs en mass to change things, or add in more of what you want?

In this day and age of the digital, and constantly patched and updated video game, the "average" player has grown incredibly entitled.

No man, just no.

Once again, the wrong people are getting shot and killed.

While it's kind of sad with how prevalent it has become, brand loyalty is a form of culture.

Though like with everything, too many take it too far with how upset they get by changes to said companies and brands. (see any relevant controversy from the last couple decades)

Other than some big holidays, and basic stereotypes, I personally have a hard time pinning down what "American Culture" is without involving big companies.

They made themselves such a large part of our society, it's no wonder that people attach themselves so deeply.

As someone who grew up in a capitalistic society, it's not hard to see why so many view big names, and brands as their "culture"

Companies literally put billions of dollars into inundating you with ads from birth. Franchises, and chains are everywhere, having all but strangled out small business.
