This paper by Yuen Yuen Ang is brilliant & concise: muse.jhu.edu/pub/1/articl... It quotes Jim Scott, addresses the complexity/complicated dynamic & offers fresh, deep thinking.
Systems thinkers should consider its clarity of thought. We would change more if we were readable.
