We could be incredible. Just look at the things China has been able to accomplish over these past couple of decades. I'm not saying they don't have their issues too, it's clear that they do, but they invest at home, and it shows.

We could lead the world and heal many of the wounds we've caused

The silver lining is that if we can reverse this coup, and it is very much a coup, then we have an entire new political reality that we can wield for good.

We need public financing for elections and a ban on large donations, but at this point it's hard to imagine how the fuck we get from here to there.

I'm more upset with how she didn't challenge any of the election results, and basically just vanished until her book deal was ready, when we desperately needed leadership.

What's your favorite sentient race/species in DnD?

Mine is goblins. I've never really understood why but I just adore those little goobers. I think I enjoy the idea of powerful goblins because they're so often overlooked & underestimated

Something about the thought of Mark Elias talking fast makes me giggle

The first session of DnD I ever played was when I was 14 or 15 at a local game store.

It was a horror themed session and we were on a farm, wandering through a massive cornfield as one by one we were abducted and magically transported to ever more twisted locations.

Was hooked ever since lol

I'm an outspoken anti-fascist, but just understand that you can and will be punished by platforms for speaking out in all but the most pacifistic of ways.

I've been perma-banned from Reddit for over a year now for just that reason.

It's slowed my growth immensely. Be careful out there.
