Attended No Kings in Glen Burnie, MD yesterday. Couple hundred there standing up for our rights, democracy, and decency.

About 1/3 of us are hard-core nihilistic racists, about 1/3 have fallen for the racists' cleverly sanitized terms, like "school choice" vice "re-segregation", and a 1/3 of us despair we will ever live in a fully civilized country. It's very depressing. So nationwide demonstrations tomorrow!

It's all about the racism here. Making it free would require the government "confiscating" money from hard-working white people and handing it to lazy/criminal non-whites. They would rather everyone die in agony while in medical bankruptcy than see any benefits for "those people". Just nihilistic.

Took the DC metro commuting for 2.5 years. Worst "incident" was stepping out of the car onto an open air platform full of smoke 'cause the firefighters had just put out a minor fire on an engine car on the other track. Never felt threatened once.

I met up at a theater in Manhattan with two friends to see it, but the line was way around the block in like 95 degrees heat. We lived in England for a bit and one day my daughter came in from the garden with hideous growths on the back of one hand--but wait, no, turns out she was just collecting snails because they looked so interesting. So we had a nice chat while she told me all about them.

So, I am starting into a new part-time career(?) making RPG books, etc. for which I will need super-cool art. I look for: 1) I totally love their style; 2) I like (maybe not totally love) their style but it's perfect for something I'm making; and 3) they generally seem like a good person.
