The answer to both is "Yes". I say this as a proponent of Meshtastic as it is a driver of emergent behavior. I am still strongly encouraging people to experiment with it, and join their local communities, and help the technology grow into whatever it ends up being.

If you are suggesting people use meshtastic instead of signal then you are probably a cop.
