Does it not seem odd to you that he tends to heal only those that accept his claims of godhood? Because to me that looks eerily similar to the tent faith healers, and not being truly empowered to heal everyone.

Ironically they’re both (Hebrews and Samaritans) descendants of a group of Cannanites. The exodus was just a myth. Jesus probably should have been nicer to the poor woman in Matthew 15:21-28.
