It’s like if AI tried to create the gorgeous soundtrack from Star Trek and failed.

Tinted should be the default and then there should be a third option opaque.
Use AI to quickly iterate on ideas.

03.11.2025 15:49 — 👍 1 🔁 0 💬 1 📌 0One thing I never understood is why Apple requires you to get an app approved so somebody can test it. Ridiculous I have to wait three days to have someone test something.

24.10.2025 21:39 — 👍 0 🔁 0 💬 0 📌 0Almost everything I build is something I’ve never done before so it’s a learning process.
I get bored doing the same apps over and over. Every time we get a client it’s “we want Facebook for X” and I wanna puke.
Instead of all these vibe code AI editors, it should work like this:
“I want to build a react app that does X”.
Then it tells you step by step what to do teaching you along the way instead of generating crap outdated code with no knowledge of what the code is actually doing.
Hot take: The more I work with Jetpack Compose and Kotlin AND SwiftUI on iOS, the less I get why companies still prefer cross-platform solutions.
It's been less than a month and my app is 95 % ported to Android. Sure, it takes time but the outcome is so much better.
