SplitNavigationView is awful if you use the Mac designed for iPad target. Why is there even an option for it?

Almost everything I build is something I’ve never done before so it’s a learning process.

I get bored doing the same apps over and over. Every time we get a client it’s “we want Facebook for X” and I wanna puke.

Instead of all these vibe code AI editors, it should work like this:

“I want to build a react app that does X”.

Then it tells you step by step what to do teaching you along the way instead of generating crap outdated code with no knowledge of what the code is actually doing.

Hot take: The more I work with Jetpack Compose and Kotlin AND SwiftUI on iOS, the less I get why companies still prefer cross-platform solutions.
It's been less than a month and my app is 95 % ported to Android. Sure, it takes time but the outcome is so much better.

I’m not surprised, when you can filter for the content you actually want to see and not inundated with spam and bots.
