I won't deny that at all. I just think a lot of people see the game and also doesn't know about the things involved around Jkr (not talking about the person in your tweet, but more-so the general populace), but just sees a Harry Potter game and thinks it's cool because they love that universe

It strikes me that this might come across a little strangely, but the point I just wanted to make was that I feel sorry for the people who were developing the game for 5+ years, when they had nothing to do with her, and just wanted to make a cool fantasy wizard game

I understand if this opinion isn't shared, but I still wanted to add it to this, because I think it's a perspective worth considering. I also just want to note that I ofc don't support JKR, but Harry potter is dear to my heart as a nerd, and I don't want her to taint my love for that world.

a percentage potentially goes to a really shitty person, I still think the people who created the game and put a lot of effort into it deserves to be paid for their efforts, as they do not share in her beliefs, and also made an effort to add LGBTQ+ characters to the game to shun her.

I'd like to say if it's okay, but afaik JK Dumbling had nothing to do with the creation of Hogwarts Legacy (I know the IP is harry potter, so she probably gets a % of the sales but if you ignore the creator and her idiocracy, it's still a pretty cool world imo), and while it's unfortunate that

So by the time you /MAYBE/ reach an actual human being, you're frustrated to such a point that being civilized feels impossible to some degree.

I honestly don't think enough people talk about how bad the ticket system has become. It's gone from something (usually joyful) when talking to a gm, to a grating experience that leaves you pulling out hairs because you're talking to a robot with 0 comprehension.

I've lost count of how many artist people I've unfollowed here because they reblog irl nude people/unlabeled NSFW stuff. It really sucks, because I want to support the artists.
Also recently had to unfollow an artist because they started to post NSFW stuff of themselves entirely unlabeled too 😫

This image is your casual reminder that it's been 11 years since the updates some of the races got in WoD. Pandas haven't been updated since their introduction 13 years ago. Goblins and Worgen had the most recent updates pre-SL, but still have dozens fewer options than Dracthyr, Earthen & Haranir.

This is honestly so close to being perfect for how I envision Feiah (braid is on the wrong side but whatevers).. I probably won't play anyhow, and I'm missing scars here, but.. so close.. I hope for the future Nelves will get more customization too.
