06.02.2026 22:38 โ ๐ 0 ๐ 0 ๐ฌ 0 ๐ 0Incidentally I've heard their pricing in those ads so many times, that it really stands out to me that all their pizzas were recently put up by ยฃ2. So even worse.

03.02.2026 10:07 โ ๐ 1 ๐ 0 ๐ฌ 1 ๐ 0A good reminder that I should be doing this more. How selective are you with your models? Do you take whatever comes up or skip through until something inspires you?
03.02.2026 09:48 โ ๐ 0 ๐ 0 ๐ฌ 1 ๐ 0I still haven't finished Clair Obscur: Expedition 33 but I can say with confidence that it's an absolute masterpiece of creativity. Art, music, story, tone - all extraordinary.
That said, why do these characters not ask any questions? They should be interrogating each other every night!
I can't believe we're going to get a new Fable game and Half-Life 3 in the same year!
22.01.2026 20:16 โ ๐ 0 ๐ 0 ๐ฌ 0 ๐ 0I've been taking art classes for a few months to shore up my grasp on the fundamentals and refine my work into something I can be really proud of. So far this year, we're focusing on just finding the fun in drawing, and I have to say, I really have been having fun. ๐

FRIGHTS IN TIGHT SPACES ๐น
Lurking in a sinister manor house, an ancient evil thirsts for a sacrifice. Horrors and otherworldly threats stand between you and your objective.

I really hope this era we've entered, where opening a game involves waiting 10 minutes for shaders to compile, is a short one. ๐

11.09.2025 19:58 โ ๐ 1 ๐ 0 ๐ฌ 0 ๐ 0Barely speaking is still pretty good for a whale. Especially since it was so emotional.
11.09.2025 19:57 โ ๐ 0 ๐ 0 ๐ฌ 1 ๐ 0The art style also really lets Link down. If there's any emotion in his face, it's impossible to see. I've heard people say the style is literally perfect and cannot be improved. To that I say, compare his in-game look to the promo art of the very same game, and tell me which looks better.
07.09.2025 11:02 โ ๐ 0 ๐ 0 ๐ฌ 0 ๐ 0Perhaps the gravest sin of Zelda's Wilds era is making Link boring. Next to no reaction in even the most powerful scenes. Not so much as a cocky smirk, or a wistful sigh in the presence of his loves. He looks completely dead inside.
Please, let Link smile.
I've learned my lesson about asking for audio advice on Reddit. Apparently if you, as a novice, don't realise you're slightly beyond the scope of what the subreddit is for, the mods will breakdown your door like you've been screaming racial slurs. Why did I ever think Reddit might be a good idea? ๐

03.07.2025 15:30 โ ๐ 7 ๐ 4 ๐ฌ 0 ๐ 0Any legislation that does come into effect that imposes restrictions on game development should be done in a way that does not stifle creativity. It would be tragic if something done FOR gamers ended up robbing us of amazing games because devs are scared.
Lawmakers: talk to indie developers.
This is just dismissing the issue. A great many games don't and can't do this. What about games that rely on Steam to connect those clients? What about use of Photon or Coherence for the game logic?
Please tell me if this has already been addressed because I can't think of a solution to this. 4/4
I worry that legislation that forces games to remain playable indefinitely will have a severe impact on indie devs, and possibly scare them away from making online experiences at all.
I've seen this fear swept under the rug by saying 'most indie devs just work clientside so it's fine.' 3/4
At some point, that third party will shut down too and the game will die. Will the developers be legally required to build the game to fit a new server model decades after the game was sunset? Many indie devs have to use systems like this to make development viable in the first place. 2/4
03.07.2025 07:09 โ ๐ 0 ๐ 0 ๐ฌ 1 ๐ 0Stop Killing Games sounds great in theory, but I do have a major concern about it. Maybe it's been addressed already and I've missed it. But what happens to devs who rely on third parties to host their game? Often this is done so that they can leave the game behind and let people keep playing. 1/4
