Anyway, hate writing like this, it feels like gloating and I hope it doesn't come across that way. Just wanted to share what feels like a rare win for us after/during a very tumultuous few years

Seemingly found what we hope will be a great landlord, just an old family home they've kept hold of. Welcomed us in person with a card and a bottle of fizz. You'll never find me singing landlords praises, but I'm hopeful for us these ones are as nice as they seem.

Had a really nice shift in life recently, managed to find a nice 3 bed house with a garden that we can somehow afford the rent on and left our flat. Having the extra living space for our little boy has lifted a weight I didn't realise was there and I'm so grateful.

I think I must have listened to Make Up The Breakdown at least 500 times when I was 14
