I worked at the New Orleans Margaritaville in college, up until I graduated in 2006. It was a good job. Busy, and with generally good tips, especially on festival weekends - and New Orleans has a lot of those.

Also the draft is so much faster since you don't have to wait for the one or two players who somehow hit the Ready button and then decided to go run some errands or whatever.

Quick Draft on Arena is catnip for me. No, the drafting part is not the same skill set as a normal draft, and it is generally easier. But that makes the gameplay part more fun and interesting for me - everyone has decks that would be bonkers normally, so you get very tuned and skill-intense games.
