In Astrakhan Gazprom gas stations continue to have shortages of gasoline. Multiple ones only had diesel like the one in this picture. Lukoil didn't fare any better with Kamyzyak having only one of the chain's gas stations open:

1/ In a sign of further financial trouble for the Russian government, which is facing increasing problems due to the economic strain of the war in Ukraine, public servants are said to have been unexpectedly told that they must pay all taxes owed six weeks ahead of schedule. ⬇️

The October 11 drone strike on the Russian troop and equipment hub inside the "Sigma" hypermarket in Donetsk was carried out using FP-1 drones with 60 kg warheads. The site was used by Russian forces as a logistics and deployment point.

Overnight, Russia launched 113 drones, mostly Shaheds, from multiple directions. Ukrainian air defenses downed or suppressed 86 of them across the north, south, and east. Strikes were recorded at 11 locations.
