Reading this piece led me to your other piece on crime and as someone who lives in Lowertown, I really appreciated the common sense approach that you are advocating. I love walking in downtown and, yes, I’m someone with dogs so it helps to get me out in my neighborhood.

The air in #Minnesota is unhealthy these days due to Canadian wildfires, but we also got this sunset over the Capitol in Saint Paul. I’ll take the little victories.
