I heard that a teacher in Norman, Oklahoma lost her job for sharing a QR code for Brooklyn Public Library's Books Unbanned program that provides teens all over America access to banned books. It would be horrible for this offensive code to be shared all over the internet. The bottom of the picture is the referenced QR code.
