Apparently cycling 2-3 hours a day for 2 weeks after a pretty much sedentary lifestyle doesn't count as "gradual" - who knew? ๐Ÿคทโ€โ™€๏ธ
I'm now considering more cold water swimming to help redress the balance... because clearly my problem-solving skills are flawless! ๐Ÿฅถ

I'm currently on Naproxen for various angry tendons after my active fortnight and sprinting through Gatwick North after the @RoySocMed LC conference for the last Inverness flight.

I once again find myself working from the Hillhead_Cafe in Tornagrain. Infact Tornagrainโ€™s only cafe. Fortunately its lovely has wifi & great cakes.

A96 closed and the โ€˜top roadโ€™ via Croy also choka.

Fortunately no patient facing work today.
