Alex Jeffrey Pretti was an ICU nurse at a VA hospital. His life, through his profession, was dedicated to serving his community and our country.

As so many have now seen on video, his final act before he was killed by federal agents was doing everything in his power to protect his community.

It's not just that you yell at Dems; for me, it's that you blaming without telling what you want them to do. Right now the fight has shifted to the Senate. We could be asking people to call their Senators and urge them to vote No. If all your readers called their senators, that could be cool.

The official policy of the government of the United States of America is that they will murder anyone they want, that they will tell any lie necessary to justify that murder, and that no one who resists them has any rights they are bound to respect.

Polish soldiers were some of the friendliest and most willing to share resources with ordinary enlisted soldiers from other nations of all the foreign military forces I've worked with. Probably second only to Canadian troops.

FYI: Dems in the senate can't defund ICE. ICE is funded by the Big Ugly Bill. Shutting down DHS on this vote wouldn't touch ICE, but it would shut down FEMA, TSA, Coast Guard, etc. Shutting down ICE requires taking back Congress in the midterms. Dismantling DHS requires the White House in 2028.
