No. I classify sleepers as underrepresented heroes that will do well. Think 5 to 10 players each and convert 50% plus into day 2. Expect to do bad are close to 15 to 25 players and convert under 40%.

Jarl is a perfect ice hero and should be the crowning example on how to reintroduce a notoriously broken mechanic. It's like printing fair storm/dredge. It's super impressive how perfectly balanced and how many decisions his kit enables. 10/10 hero and amazing execution.
