Our study shows that loneliness is associated with adverse health behaviours and obesity across all ages and in both men and women. What we need are more longitudinal studies to understand directionality.

📄 Dementia risk factors rarely act alone - they tend to cluster.

New publication led by Janet Janbek: Using Danish survey and registry data, we show that 82% of Danes aged 65+ are exposed to more than one risk factor.
