I want to say this was because they got further away from the source material, but my reread of the book series didn’t fair much better than my rewatch.

Loved the show when it first came out.
Tried to do a rewatch last summer and felt like the only things that held up were Lafayette and the theme song.

There’s been a lot of political division in Canada, especially during Trudeau’s time as PM. However, I’m seeing that divide shrink and Canadians unite over this.
The tariffs made us mad, but the threats of annexation and 51st state bullshit have made us unite in rage.

If this was true we’d have way better Mexican food options.
