You can have Katheric jump and have the avatar to fight immediately but imo it makes the fight a good bit harder

How about a student wearing a shirt saying "repeal the 19th amendment" can this not be regulated because its not targeted.

Are students, in a classroom with black people, not allowed to say black people should still be in slavery. This does not meet the strict "targeted" definition but no one sane would argue that schools dont a have right to regulate that speech.

Student speach imo, should be regulated when it impedes another student's access to or quality of eductaion, and misgendering, even only in references, does so. It helps in creating a harmful environment which even though not directly does have an influence on the trans student

This is not "targeted" but we can all agree its wrong and the student should face repercussions. IMO its clear that by allowing misgendering even in reference to and not face to face creates an environment which impairs the trans student right to education.

I understand where FIRE is coming from based off the "targeted" as the misgendering needed to have occurred face to face rather than in reference to, but apply this is anything other than gender, and its easy to see why its wrong. Is Kid A allowed to say to Kid B that Kid C is an n-word.

Also game companies being run for quarterly gains in mind is very dumb and not how making games work. If you want a good company you can't see gains every quarter, thats impossible

So much of it is time dependent as well, I won't pay 100 for a 40 hour game I play once but I'll pay 100 or even more for a game I get 300+ hours out of.
