I finally managed to go to a con like literally the year before COVID hit and it was amazing! And I live closer to a cool con than I ever have before now and I still have not been to another con and I don't know that I will ever feel safe doing so again and I am SO mad about it!

lmao, yeah, I don't usually do mmos either and I've been playing Palia (which is barely an mmo, lmao) & so many things are like $30. $30 is still what my brain thinks a single game should cost tbh. You want $30 for (1) cosmetic? Like $5 i could maybe find acceptable, but $30? That's grocery money!

Would love to hear the Thoughts and Opinions if you ever feel like sharing 'em. The Art vs Product issue is one of those essays I turn around & around in my brain when I am cranky and it's nice to hear other artists' takes on it!

That's a good phrase! A factory-ish image! I usually end up calling it something like "Generative AI content" since what so many folks want out of it is "content" (where content = quick, cheap imagery or words to game a system to make $ or provide easy amusement vs authentic works)

Concurring with the other ppl that want to eat these painting. I was just thinking the shapes look like they would be marvelous to sink your teeth into. Fantastic stylization + shape design, and rendering of volumes. Gonna have to look up more of his stuff and study it!
