…when that happened after the 2020 election.
Your tracking data has been one of my big arguments for state, county and local party to focus on driving registrations for this cycle. Lots of great things for the party to debate and dissect, but the registration gap is a pure math problem.

This was ruled a catch by Xavier Worthy on the field. The Bills challenge, but it fails, and the call stands.

Real conversation I had with Narus.
Them: “They said they’re not in network”
Me: “But they are…”
Them: “They said they’re not”
Me: “Explain to them that they are. That’s literally half your job here”
Them: “How do I prove it?”
Me: “That’s the other half of your job!”
Keep at this, Mark. I’ve been doing advocacy on health insurance reforms (mostly COBRA) for years and I know how hard this is and how tricky your opponents are. Stay at it!

You’ve got to find a way to simplify it for the providers and for those who are covered.
Otherwise you’ll end up like us. Switching to Anthem after 4 years, and paying a higher price for basically the same coverage.
Narus handled the claims issues between the providers, the TPA and PBM.
Our insurance was fantastic (on paper), and cheaper (on paper), but our employees would get stuck waiting for someone in a provider admin office to learn how to key in everything correctly. Leading to denials and delays.
Lucent as the TPA with Welldyne as PBM.
Most of the claim & auth denials was due to confusion at the providers level.
Then it’s an issue of speed to clear it up. Waiting hours or days for the patient services rep to get on the phone to hear “No, you are in network. It’s covered.”
