ive never actually been off-put by the sound effect fear & hunger uses for its cutting off a limb sound effect. it just reminds me of cutting a steak with a butter knife, something i do often because i dont do the dishes often enough

i feel so bad about the pokemon fandom in general. yes game freak needs to take more time in making the games, but the fans dont allow them Any room to breathe. its insane from every corner.

(this is NOT to say that gen 9 doesnt have its flaws. it has plenty of flaws and game freak definitely rushed it out, but it is by far not terrible as many would lead you to believe.)

this is a problem that has plagued the fandom forever. think about how everyond praises gen 5 when gen 5 has historically been the most looked down upon, the same thing is going to happen to gen 9
