this is the thing. are there clauses and provisions in the constitution that require other knowledge to understand? absolutely. but the constitution was first and foremost a *public document* meant for *ordinary people* to be able to read and understand

The language is what you wrote. Sure they get interpreted down to the same thing, but the actual developer experience and conventions are different. C++ is basically a superset of C, and JS and C# and many more are C-based. Should we just call all those languages C? 🤔
