I did the same thing after I found out it has Denuvo. I bought it 3 months ago and didn't bother to recheck again due to euphoria.
Until my friend told me it suddenly has Denuvo, just a week before the release.
Thankfully, it's not too late for a refund.

I *very* rarely ask for a refund, but stealthily putting Denuvo in your game 2 weeks before relase would make me do that (I prepurchased it on July, btw, and there's no sign of Denuvo then).
