Seeing on the USF website that Jordyn Jenkins has won AAC Player of the Year, Coach Aston has won AAC Coach of the Year, and Nina De Leon Negron has won Newcomer of the Year in the AAC.

Nina and Idara Udo are second team All-AAC with Jordyn a first team selection. 🤙🏽

FINALLY got that 20 win season! UTSA WBB found a way to overcome another rough shooting day by holding Wichita St to 22 points in the second half en route to a 60-49 win. UTSA is now 11-1 in AAC play (1st place) and 20-3 overall. 🤙🏽

Coach Claunch shared on the Coach’s show that they are pursuing a medical redshirt for Mo Njie. Will be huge for the program if he can return to UTSA next season.

‪UTSA comes up big in the 4th quarter and overcomes a 9 point deficit to takedown Temple 70-61 to improve to 9-1 in AAC play and 18-3 overall. Big offensive plays and grittier defense helped UTSA outscore Temple 28-10 in the 4th. 🤙🏽‬

Great win by UTSA WBB. The team played great defense in the second half holding the Islanders to 12 points total en route to a blowout 62-43 win. This is a very good Islanders team so have to be excited with this UTSA team’s growth. 🤙🏽
