And when I say I’d like to hear an opposing argument I mean it - I’d love to hear a situation where consensus among experts is seen as negative (barring experts in say being a bigot or using ranch with chicken wings, for example.)

I ❤️ a clear survey. This is based on “200 responses from scholars across multiple disciplines whose work engages presidential politics.” I usually trust experts and usually trust when there is consensus among them. (If that sounds naive I’d like to hear an opposing argument.)
