On July 28, a federal judge issued a preliminary injunction pausing the โdefundingโ of Planned Parenthood, but the fight is far from over. In 2010, President Obama signed the Affordable Care Act (ACA), expanding health care coverage and access for millions. The ACA brought us the birth control benefit, which ensured that nearly 63 million people could get birth control without a copay.
