Yes. This is something that has infuriated me for years. I have to clean everything myself, cook every meal, repair everything I own, etc. as such, my day is VASTLY different than someone who can afford a cook, housekeeper, PA, & to buy new things whenever they want.

In WA state, they have “Grandparent” laws where you can report that an elder insists on driving but are unsafe & the cops will come (plain clothes) and literally take their drivers license & keys.
