The various ages thing is wild. We have friends ranging from their mid-20s to their 70s and it's actually nice to hang out with them as peers and friends. Not something I would have thought realistic in my 20s or early 30s.

How precise are the models? Is precision getting better? How much have platforms reduced, say, hate speech or CSAM? The system is getting better but is the system itself set to deliver on high standards.

At #trustcon and it's interesting to see how short the development cycle in Trust and Safety is getting. The time between identifying a new threat, to new policy, to effective detection and intervention is getting so much shorter and efficient. Still not seeing a lot of proficiency numbers though.

Does this mean the Lakers/sports teams should be considered an investment asset class? They're bought to be sold for higher valuation later rather than bought to produce revenue? It would be a very private equity approach which is different from existing ownership philosophies.

Also, it's weird that it's favored more by younger folks than older. I'd expect the old folks to be most appreciative of raising six children.

Had a friend on FB post about how she has trauma from giving birth and it prevents her from having another even though she wants one.

I just want to say to anyone out there living with trauma, there are effective treatments for the anxiety and depression you experience. You can make it go away.

The big banks and investment houses could provide customers with crypto services and of course speculate on the new financial instrument. And when these financial institutions bought all of their crypto, guess who got to trade their Bitcoin for real dollars?

So organizations and people who didn't want the normal banking system interfering in their money transfers were willing to use Bitcoin as an intermediate store of value. Once there were large flows of cash being traded regularly for Bitcoin, institutional capital could get in. It was a liquid market
