Yeah that's kind of what I figured. Don't love that the article still refers to them as His Daughter but it's the Daily Mail so I'm not surprised

also this article mentions them living in both Ottawa in the UK which also matches up with the information about Sasha

The article is definitely wrong because he literally refers to his kid as Sasha in his speech when he was elected the leader of the liberal party and this article mentions no child named Sasha.

I'm pretty sure Ry Guy is mistaken

I'm not sure if that's true if they're literally listed as Sasha Fox Carney which is the same last name as Carney's wife. And that person seems to match the person who's also listed as just Sasha Carney.
