- they changed the default font in MS Office from Calibri to Aptos
- person who is usually patient is not patient today (but I don't know why or what to do about it. Should I ask them? Seems like that would be rude.)

I think autistic people get a bad rap for being bad at change. I think everyone is bad at change & we just notice more changes.

Changes I notice:
- light changing outside as a cloud passes over the sun
- new coffee vendor (allegedly same coffee)
- all changes to packaging on things I buy

And yes, 100% eventually moved on to migraines as a result of Autistic burnout in my mid 20s

The stupid reason for this is I needed reading glasses and spent my childhood maxing out my library card every week and wondering why I got headaches every other day. At 18 I got a new eye doctor who immediately prescribed them. Headaches totally gone for a year (then they found another door).

Seriously though. I got enough headaches as a kid that by age 18 Tylenol alone did nothing for me and I had to switch to Excedrin.

But every month I go to my local Autism peer support group and the vast majority of the people there are not able to pattern match or systems think their way out of poverty due to the inability to hold more than the lowest level of jobs.
