We heard fascinating research on picturing early modern transatlantic maritime networks; Simeon Solomonβs later work, produced while the queer artist was enduring social outcast & poverty; and the Trinidadian-born curator Kynaston McShineβs landmark 1966 sculpture exhibition Primary Structures.
