The CA Assembly Public Safety Committee passed our co-sponsored bill SB 627, which will ban all law enforcement from covering their faces during operations in California, with clear exemptions for officer health and safety.

Big win today! The CA Senate Public Safety Committee unanimously passed our co-sponsored bill #AB130 by Assemblymember Elhawary! It grants certifications to incarcerated firefighters so they can continue their careers after release, breaking barriers and honoring their service. 🔥👏
