Now with all that said, I think in most of these cases their attitude towards men and women are the same problem of bad character writing and generally bad gender writing, rather than just one side being unfairly represented, and -

In most of these stories the shortcomings of the protags are behavioral flaws that the story doesn't present as inherently gendered.

A man being portrayed as immature, selfish, or emotionally stunted isn't inherently misandrist, and in many of the examples you pose are in fact narrative devices. A protagonist can be mocked because the story is about why he is pathetic.

Misandry isn't when men are treated poorly in a story, misandry and misogyny are patterns where a work presents men, as a class, as inherently inferior (or sometimes superior), immoral, or deserving of contempt, without narrative merit.
