It's about Schumer calling in FIVE FAVORS from FIVE REPS who aren't running for reelection. He's been terrified after Mamdani's win and he's desperately trying to consolidate his own power.

The 5 new turncoats (none running for reelection) all changed their minds simultaneously. I agree with others on BS: Schumer called in 5 favors in a desperate bid to consolidate his power.

So did Schumer call in a favor from the five newest turncoats (who all changed their minds at the same time on the same night)? Is Shaheen's appearance on Fox News a red herring? Is picking 5 prospective retirees to take the hit Schumer's attempt to reassert his authority. He's been strangely quiet.

Ohhhh boy... I was thinking it's not Schumer's fault this time, but this makes A LOT of sense: calling in favors, picking soon-to-be retirees to do his dirty work while he hangs on to power. JFC. That's so underhanded it has to be it. I'm feeling fownright stabby right now.
