It stuns me to this day how Fall was treated by ostensible leftists, ppl who should've picked up on the brilliant criticism Fall presented in her short story, & the beautiful humor in it. The excellent way she picked at gender, how it's connected to violence... Like, we're not getting that again.

You have to love X'rhun because he wanted nothing to do with Arya, let her tag along since the alternative was letting her fulfill her vampire destiny, and when that was resolved? He used her to request the WoL's help in the ShB RDM quest. Didn't even invite her, but she came along. Incredible.

I will be honest when I say that I am a lesbian and I do not really give a single fuck about most of the guys unless it's funny, which is why I like Thancred & X'rhun for their dynamics with Ryne & Arya. (X'rhun is my absolute favorite of all NPCs, sorry.)

It's probably the fact that I'm a lifelong RPer that none of the NPCs do anything for me... I like just about every character but none of them really compel me to spend time on them. My favorites are Zenos, Lyse, Fordola, Yotsuyu, Ilberd—Y'shtola, Thancred, & Minfilia—but I don't really Care.

Eidin is putting a tiger-eye pendant around Lone Snowdrop's neck. Lone Snowdrop has lifted her hair out of the way, and her eyes are cut off. Her lips are barely parted in anticipation. The viewer can see Eidin's tender, satisfied smile as she clasps the necklace.
