This is most certainly because of people just having YouTube play in the background now instead of actually watching the video.

On the right is a character bio that reads as follows: Poppy Wedner Downsgale's Gardenin' Angel In a quaint Scottish town called Downsgale, a spritely young girl rushes to and fro with an ever expanding to-do list of volunteer jobs and fights with petty classmates - that’s Poppy! A birth defect left her with only partial arms, so she uses a new strain of prosthetics conceived by her biochemist parents; leafy vines to wrap around things, like an octopus. Stubborn, impulsive, and endlessly curious, Poppy refuses to let her disabilities gatekeep her from a fun and fulfilling life. She’s “one of the boys” in a way, with a love for dirty work and a good schoolyard tussle every now and then. She takes on a lot of work and holds herself to a very high standard, and gets in quite a state when she just can’t physically do something; even holding a pencil is a challenge for her. Her methods of letting off steam (putting bullies in their place) has earned her as many enemies as she has friends, but she couldn’t care less. She wouldn’t want to be friends with pricks like them anyway!

Olive is our everyman, a respectful and gentle sort with no extraordinary quirks or gimmicks. Having been ostracized and bullied for much of her life, she’s still a bit of a wet noodle and getting used to this whole “best friends” thing, but she’s grown considerably since her encounter with Poppy made them an inseperable duo. Olive’s more likely to break up a fight than get in one, being the big sis to two rowdy brothers back home, but she’s not without some physical prowess of her own; she’s one of the few people that can keep up with Poppy as they wreak havoc on the rooftops together, and anyone who’s seen her at the pool will tell you she’s like a dolphin. The blue waters are like a second to her, and have been since childhood. She’d love to be a swim coach someday and introduce that world to kids and adults alike... and Poppy’s her personal Summer project!

I tried coming up with some witty comment about him but he’s just such a nothing character. He’s nothing. We lost nothing.

A lineup of my oc, Mi Chujin, and her hypothetical family well after the events of her main story. Her children are all adults. She and her family all have gray skin, no noses, and a variation of cheek patterns on their faces. From left to right: Kiri Chuya is the shortest one in the family (relatively speaking). She sports curly white hair, with the portion towards the back of her head puffing upwards, and parting from the right in the front. She has side bangs that are adorned with gold clasps. Her eyes are a mix of blue-green and harvest yellow. She wears a light green and brown jacket and a desaturated pink dress. She holds her hands together and has a reserved but kind smile. She is the fraternal twin to Shichi. Hikari Chuya is the eldest child. He is shorter than his father, Mezurashi Chuya, but taller than his mother. He has strawberry blonde hair with a blue-ish glow closer to his roots. He has kindly cyan blue eyes and a slight cat-like smile with freckles on his face. He wears a brown collared shirt and a harvest yellow jacket with a white hood. He also wears dark green jeans and stands with a hand in his pocket. Mezurashi Chuya is the lucky husband of Mi Chujin (now Chuya). His hair is a slightly more pale strawberry blonde, tied into locks. These locks either fan out around his shoulders or are tied in a bun on his head. One streak of locks, with two strands hanging off to the side of his face, is a grayish color. He has purple eyes, a cat-like smile, freckles, and wears a red T-shirt over a dark gray turtle-neck shirt and dark gray jeans. Mi Chuya has puffy brown hair that spikes up towards the end. Her bangs and sidebangs are gray. She wears a blue v-neck shirt with rolled up sleeves and blue jeans. She has a mix of blue and yellow eyes. Shichi Chuya is the tallest in the family. He has poofy brown hair, blue eyes, freckles, a white scarf, purple shirt and jeans, and metal wristbands. He has his arms crossed with a frown.
