To get their historic wage increase, ratification bonus, and benefit improvements, QPP workers fought and stood together. Over 400 workers attended bargaining before work, after work, and on their days off β thatβs more than a third of the entire workforce at QPP.

As a result of months of intense organizing, workers won a 15.6% raise, the largest wage increase ever seen at QPP. Workers will see a $2.20/hr in the first year alone, and a total increase of $3.10/hr over the 3-year contract.
