Updated my laptop & I now have this error message meaning I can’t load up CM01/02. Any ideas guys?

My current save on cm01/02 is my best achievement. Currently in 2018 and had 5 seasons at Liverpool, 4 leagues won, 1 champions league, 1 super cup, 1 fa cup & 2 league cups.
