I think I cheated with these trees HAHAH. Pretty sure I used a brush that does the little dabs for me, but the principle of establishing volume, then putting highlights on shadows still does it.

Some bits from an old comic idea that was never (and probably never will be) finished.

Used Rebelle's timelapse feature for the first time. You can see how many times I re-did the foreground foliage lmfao.

I learned from Chuck Black Art on youtube! Honestly it's mainly about establishing volume and then adding the grass blades and irregularities afterwards, hahah. Takes quite a while so it's not always worth doing if it's not the focus of the piece frankly.

Definitely one of the most challenging pieces I've done yet. Learned a lot and will try to carry those lessons to the next pieces!

Another OC who, despite her vices, still managed to keep her job. Unlike the earlier characters, she doesn't take public transport and drives a car.
She is instead better known for her involvement in other vehicles, such as spacecraft.

I realised that since most of the palette hue is similar, it's a pretty good piece with being hue-shifted too.

I think what you meant is that he thrives on protein powder so everyone else has to subsist on lesser foods smh
