CNN, NYT, AP, and other media orgs literally have interviewed families of people killed in Caribbean boat strikes, including some who say they were just fishermen.

Lies nested within lies, all in service of violating the laws of armed combat, for no evident national interest advancement at all.

Or they release a lot of documents and leave out what they feel is damaging to Trump or his allies, while saying they released everything that’s relevant.

Trump and Putin have no tolerance for corruption, of course, so this is just a principled stand they are taking. That’s why they never take bribes or bias law enforcement under their controls.

I think the word you’re looking for is “kept”

Earnest post: there is increasingly direct evidence that Trump participated in child sex trafficking or at least knew about it.

At the risk of pointing out the obvious: if you want to pressure Russia into real war-ending negotiations by sanctioning Russia’s energy industry, you can’t go around giving exemptions to countries that are friendly with Russia. Those countries are Russia’s main oil customers. It defeats the point.

These operations would be unlawful even if those murdered had all been criminals. But it's important to show just how much deception is involved from start to finish in this gruesome charade.

Tariffs are the tool Trump (illegally) uses to try (and largely fail) to bully other countries, undermine relations with allies, put himself at the center of economic policy and related stories, and solicit bribes.

“Bend other nations to his political will” is awfully generous given the record.

This really hasn’t gotten enough attention this week.
