Didn’t you start out as a thinblood and then later choose your clan because of some sanctioned diablerie?

I don’t think it’d be a bad call to start weak and then specialize at the end of the early stages.

Unfortunately, this was utopian even when it was made (Patriot Act, TSP, MAINWAY etc.)

The plot twist seemed more about that he’s horrified; not that he had the technology.

It is a little odd that he would go into a thread and only read the comment he is replying to – and not the initial post in the thread.

Every single discussion point in the thread – other than the Punisher skull – is about the totenkopf: “The totenkopf on the dude first on the left is a good clue”.

Here he (P-Hustle) is in a Reddit thread in 2019, talking about a picture of a totenkopf, correctly identified as a Nazi tattoo:

Maybe he didn’t read the rest of the thread.

But a little weird to comment on a thread without realizing he also has one on his chest.

A Blackwater mercenary should probably be vetted and show some kind of remorse and contrition before he’s proposed as the Next Great White Hope.

Utterly deranged that Platner’s initial response was “Fuck you, I was in the Marines” and not “Fuck, I’m am ashamed of having a Nazi tattoo and this is what I’ve done to grow and mature since then.”

A real Sinema/Fetterman 2.0.

Thiel wasn’t really in the public consciousness in 2009, when Moore wrote it. The celebrity and nepotism isn’t particularly highlighted in LXG: Century as far as I remember.

He’s mostly depicted as an abused child who is manipulated and goes insane once he realizes he’s the antichrist.

I read 1400 pages of Immanuel Kant in fourteen hours, went to a verbal exam and got an A.

What are you going to do? Wear a headset and answer with a fifteen second delay?

A political media apparatus either full of suckers or accomplices willing to gobble up absolute garbage about Trump “distancing himself from” Project 2025.

Quote from the article: “Kreiter, like all the parents interviewed for this article, only allowed his children to use ChatGPT with his help and supervision […]”

Fascinating (and grim) article!

However, I’m a little confused. The quote about them supervising their children’s use of ChatGPT seems to be contradicted by the initial story of Josh leaving to do chores for two hours?

My algorithm-cooked brain says that: Image 1 and Title 3 will perform best. The image is more dynamic and the the title is best for SEO.

A lot of reasonable takes by a race supremacist, gated by the most humiliating play choices imaginable.

Early last semester, Droubi said, students began approaching Cheyfitz with complaints that a graduate student in the “Gaza, Indigeneity, Resistance” class appeared to be recording them, possibly to “gather their names and comments” and intimidate them. “We believe that a student came to the course for the sole reason of surveilling and potentially harming students in the class,” Droubi said. “That ended up proving itself to be true because multiple students came forward and shared their concerns with Professor Cheyfitz.” Cheyfitz said one Palestinian student quit the class after telling him she felt upset and frightened.

According to Cheyfitz, the graduate student often steered conversations away from the assigned readings—which at that point mostly focused on definitions of genocide and international law on Indigenous rights—to defend Israel’s conduct in the war in Gaza and argue with others in the class. “He clearly had not done the readings,” Cheyfitz said. “It was disruptive.”

Cheyfitz said he met with the graduate student in late January and spoke to him about concerns from his classmates. During the conversation, he asked the graduate student to drop the course, and by the next class, he did, Cheyfitz said. The graduate student, Oren Renard, a PhD candidate in computer science whose identity was confirmed by other students in the class, previously served in Israel’s elite military surveillance agency, Unit 8200, according to his LinkedIn profile.

Cornell is cancelling a distinguished professor's classes on Gaza and suspending him because of the complaints of a student who previously served in Israel's military surveillance agency and was literally recording the comments of other students in class and deliberately derailing discussion.

chotiner’s real gift is very quickly revealing how many powerful and influential people are complete morons. Sunstein is asked about his friendship with Kissinger and it’s pretty clear that he’s never really thought about it.

Class Sunstein is a man who believes in words.

But he does not believe that words should have substance or definitions or weight.

what I'm learning from the fact that every one of these decisions has a "huge merger waiting to be approved" factor is that we should no longer allow mergers

sorry, you can't buy any other companies anymore, too dangerous to civil society

only antitrust breakups allowed
