PE practice, Cut staff/wages, high debt/price, asset-stripping tax abuse, poor service.
PE makes millions in the UK from hip/knee/cataract surgery, GP surgeries, care homes, will run new NHS neighbourhood hubs.
As a Canadian, it makes my blood boil that Banting's gift to the world was commodified and exploited like this. It's absolutely disgusting to see those prices. Banting would be rolling in his grave.

Why is NHS funding going to private pockets?

My dearest wife,
It is week two of the Siege of Portland, and still these barbarians will not yield to our troops. We have severed the cords of their latte machines but they are making cowboy coffee in their camps, where loud ukulele songs of resistance even now drift in on the breeze.
However I prefer your allotment to a building site

Yet @rthonwesstreeting.bsky.social is not listening to their concerns
There are unemployed GPs & practices with too little funding to employ them
Online access 8am-6.30pm without the support will be a disaster for patients & will reduce actual appts
I wish people would just stop and ask themselves what exactly Farage is going to do for them apart from stop the βfo-ren-ersβ!!

Landlords don't provide housing.
Builders provide housing, what Landlords do is take housing and keep it so people can't buy it while constantly hiking their rents so people will never be able to buy it.

#NHS is for all of us, although if youβre healthy & wealthy you may not need it
As a society having access to care, free at the point of need, is worth fighting for
Why?
Because you never know when YOU might be in need!
Thatβs a functioning society

Thames Water paid Β£1m+ to corporate lobbyists part-owned by Starmer adviser.
The aim is to reach policymakers, keep TW private.
TW pays Β£200m a year to various advisers, cost borne by customers.
Public ownership would end this chicanery. No need to pay dividends, lobbyists.
Indictment of England's children in residential care, mostly corporate controlled.
